Write to us about the catalogue: a price that does not match what you found, a specification that reads wrong, a guide that skips the question you actually had, a broken page. Corrections are the most useful mail we get; name the page and what it should say, and it gets fixed with the next update.

What we cannot help with is anything inside an order: payment, delivery windows, returns, missing hardware, warranty claims. Orders are placed with the retailer at checkout and live in your account there, which is also where the seller's support reaches the warehouse and we do not.
