How we read ratings
Every rating shown here is the pool for a design, shared across its sizes and colours, with the count printed beside it. This page is the method.
Ratings arrive pooled: a twin loft and its full-size sibling share one figure because buyers review the design, not the SKU. We show the pool as it stands and print the count next to the stars, because 4.6 across nine ratings and 4.6 across nine hundred are different facts wearing the same number.
Across the range, 66 designs currently carry a published pool, 10 of them with three hundred ratings or more. We refresh these figures on the same schedule as prices.
What we do not do
We do not reorder a shelf to bury a weak rating, we do not quote review text as if it were our own testing, and we do not translate stars into adjectives. A figure with its count is more use to you than our enthusiasm.
