Nothing on this site asks to be trusted. Here is how to check each kind of claim in about a minute.

A price

Open the product page here, note the price and its check date, then click the buy button and compare at the destination. If the two disagree, the checkout page wins and we would genuinely like to hear about it at hello@dictac.net.

A load rating or dimension

The same product page the buy button opens carries the manufacturer's stated figures. Ours must match, because ours are copied from there and say so.

A safety claim

Every safety sentence cites the sources page, which links the federal standard and the paediatric guidance directly. Open the source; the sentence should survive the comparison.

The arithmetic

Ceiling Fit and the space figures print their formulas beside their results. A tape measure and a calculator reproduce them.
