Height and fit

The frame stands 49.2″ tall, 4′1″. That is low enough that ceiling clearance is not the constraint it is on the tall lofts.

Mattress

It takes a standard US Twin mattress. The size guide has the exact sheet dimensions. On lofts and top bunks, keep the mattress low-profile so the guardrail keeps its working height; the mattress fit page explains the rule.

Built in

This design carries built-in lighting, wired along the frame rather than trailing to a wall socket.

Safe use
